During the trial period, Diamond Passenger Lift will provide delivery, operator training, and ongoing support to ensure your team is fully prepared to use the equipment safely and effectively. The program also includes a follow-up review and discussion of purchase options at the conclusion of the trial.

Key elements of the trial program include operator safety requirements, certified training, secure storage guidelines, equipment delivery, maintenance expectations, passenger suitability identification, designated points of contact, legal documentation, and a complete inventory of supplied components.
